1-Year Limited Warranty

Although faults in our products are extremely rare, all our PROMiXX's are covered by a 1-year warranty and we would be more than happy to arrange a replacement for you.

The warranty covers any manufacturing fault or flaw. It does not cover accidental damage or water damage to the motor (unless resulting from a leaking seal).

As part of the 1-year limited warranty, we offer a straight exchange for any faulty product upon confirmation of declared fault.

Returns & Refund Policy

Unused products can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of purchase. Used products cannot be refunded.
