Our guarantee is valid for 1 year from date of purchase. We cover flaws in the material or workmanship at the time of manufacturing and for any mishaps before it reaches you.
We are happy to replace part of all of your PROMiXX at our discretion, for free if you have purchased through our website or on Amazon.
*We do not cover products purchased from other retailers.
