Our very own Physique champion Dan Yeomans shows you how to finish off your shoulders to complete the perfect shoulder routine.
At the very end of your routine perform 20 over head band presses 3 times on a 30 second rest.
To perform the perfect band press, keep your core tight, body straight, driving the band through your palm to above your head. The instability of the band really will recruit all those muscle fibres giving you a truly strong finish to your routine, it also delivers a pretty tasty pump too. Enjoy.
