When performing Flat Chest Flys, supernate the wrist at the top of your motion until arms is totally extended, little fingers facing inwards (almost touching) and contract the chest, always repeat with a deep stretch at the bottom.
We always aim to perform 10-12 reps with 3-4 sets on a 60 second rest. Enjoy!!
